Dear Pinnacle homeowners,

The Pinnacle HOA Board would like to take a moment to wish everyone a happy and healthy New Year!

As recently mentioned on this same Facebook page, the Board has elected to not renew All Points Community Management‘s services.

The process all began when the Board decided we needed to take a close look at our property management services and then place the services out to bid. We developed a detailed list of services called a Request for Proposal (RFP) and then sent this out to five local property management companies. Two of the companies declined to participate in the RFP process. The Board reviewed the remaining three RFP submissions, and ranked the submissions. One of the three RFP submissions was Fayette Property Management. Mark Stringer, Pinnacle HOA President, is the owner of Fayette Property Management and therefore recused himself from the entire RFP review in order to avoid a conflict of interest and was not present during any of the RFP process. After detailed review of all the three submissions at the HOA Board meeting on 1/9/2019, the Board unanimously selected Fayette Property Management to handle the day to day operations of our Pinnacle community.

As Fayette Property Management has been selected to provide management services for our community, Mr. Stringer has therefore resigned from the Board, effective January 15, 2019. At that time, Fayette Property Management will begin providing management services for our Pinnacle community.

Following the transition above, the 2019 Pinnacle HOA Board and Officers will be as follows:
Marc Manley, President
Schane Simpson, Vice President
Casey Gilvin, Secretary
Bill Johnson, Treasurer
Kevin Grigsby, Director At large
Hunt Cooper, Director At Large

Please join us in welcoming the services of Fayette Property Management to our Pinnacle Community. We look forward to working with Mr. Stringer and his team. An official letter will be sent to all Pinnacle property owners in the upcoming weeks that includes detailed information regarding the transition to the new management company as well as additional information regarding transition to a new pool management company. Until that time, please feel free to reach out to the Board with any questions.

Warm Regards,
Pinnacle HOA Board of Directors
